Tooltips when typing

A feature that helps respond to clients even faster: when you type a phrase, Jivo automatically offers the operator a ready-made answer.

The application remembers all messages rcs data that operators enter in chats with clients both in the desktop version and in the mobile application. The data is synchronized via the cloud and generated as prompts when typing phrases – the operator does not need to type the entire phrase, and the client does not have to wait until he does it.

Tooltips are available by default in the Professional and Basic versions of Jivo.

Operator statuses in the mobile application

Now your employees can notify their colleagues the influencers because they actually feel like about their work status in the Android mobile app.

Lunch, vacation, break, sick leave — statuses help the team organize uninterrupted work taking into account the state of a colleague. Create your own statuses in the desktop version of Jivo and use them in the mobile app.

Operator statuses are available only to Jivo account users; business clients will not see them.

How to set status:
in the main menu of the mobile application, click Set status
select one of the preset statuses
Enter a comment if necessary
confirm with the OK button.
