We want to make sure they know how much we appreciate them by celebrating their efforts during customer service week. Customer service is such a difficult
Job and to really just take a week out and celebrate what are customer service channels? all of the different agents that do this, this is so important and so valuable. We try to do it all throughout the year, but to really focus on it for a week is just– it has a tremendous impact on the team and that’s why we really decid to focus on it this year.
, it’s so important to show your appreciation for your agents daily. Some ways you can do this is to occasionally treat them to lunch, send around be numbers recognition messages for excellent work, and to make them feel heard and understood when they talk to you through authentic conversation.
