Why Jivo Magic School

Before launching a new feature, Jivo product managers study the needs and wishes of customers, then dataset carefully work out usage scenarios, create a corresponding interface, test, refine and release, collect feedback and refine again. In general, they work like elves in a magic factory.

As a result, Jivo users get features that help improve their customers’ experience and the company’s profits. Isn’t that magic? It’s real!

That’s why we chose the theme of magic for the master class on new functions, gave gifts and created a New Year’s mood as best we could. It seems we did a good job.
